Coordinator for Testing and Community Outreach
- Ran a testing centre for students with disabilities that
administered accommodations for over 2500 tests and
exams per year.
- Offered academic writing workshops as part of our yearly
transition week, the Laurentian Initiative for Transition (LIFT)
- Provided writing assistance to students with disabilities.
- Developed content, compiled reports and provided
assistance to the manager of the department.
- Selected to assist a committee with a proposal for the
Provincial Government’s Mental Health Innovation Fund
which was ultimately successful, to bring a Train-the-Trainer
program to campus. Laurentian now offers mental health
training to faculty, students and staff.

- Lead two classes of the Introduction to University Studies
program.
- Developed content, compiled reports and provided
assistance to the manager of the department.

Education Support Worker
- Oversaw the operation of the School of Education’s Curriculum Resource Centre (Education Library)
- Transferred over 1000 items for Laurentian’s J.N. Desmarais
Library to the Curriculum Resource Centre.
- Used the Conifer/Evergreen Library System, Library of
Congress Catalogue, served patrons, circulated materials
and assisted with research and multimedia.
