My name is Nicole J. Appel. I have a Bachelor of Arts in French from Brock University in Canada. After Brock University I went on to do my Master¡¯s in Education to become a teacher. I graduated from Niagara University in Lewiston, New York, USA with a Master¡¯s of Science in Education. While at Niagara University I had the opportunity to teach French to students in grades 1-6 as well as Physical Education to students in grade JK-6.

Since then I have been working in schools and teaching students of all ages and levels. I was a professional tutor for the Niagara Catholic District School Board from 2005-2008 and now I have a private tutoring business in which I help struggling students after school and on the weekends.

In addition to my teaching and tutoring experience I have also worked with ESL students. In the summer of 2006 I worked as a camp councilor to teach students from Mexico, Spain, Italy, France and Korea.

Happy Studying!!
