Literacy and Basic Skills Supply Teacher
 I am a supply teacher for LBS. I have just finished teaching a course
called GEAR UP which focuses on the essential skills and improving
literacy.

 I taught an ESL Listening and Speaking class at Renison University
College in the English For Success (EFS) program. This included
preparing lessons, marking and organizing activities for the
international students.

 I have tutored international students in various subjects as well as
high school students in chemistry, biology, math and English through
a company called Tutor Doctor.

Research Assistant
 I was responsible for working in a Professor’s lab, organizing samples,
taking detailed notes and working with large data sets for the Ministry
of the Environment. I worked both individually and with a partner.

 Involves enjoying conversations with a table of newcomers to
Canada and helping them practice English.
